  • We do not install the tiles ourselves; we only supply them. We maintain a list of approved installers with whom we have long-standing partnerships.

  • It's important to account for wastage in your project, which will vary based on the tile application and size. A general recommendation is to plan for 10% wastage, although this may increase to 30% for larger tiles.

  • We are always glad to assist when possible. However, we cannot take responsibility for the dimensions provided by you. We advise having them verified on-site before finalizing your order.

  • For items not in stock and special orders, our lead time is approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Our sales team will provide you with the expected delivery date when you place your order and will keep you informed with updates.
